There was no way to predict what we'd find proof of or uncover these last two years.
Once all illegal activity has been uncovered and exposed to the public by ourselves, The Mayo Clinic, or the Federal Government (whichever happens first), the public will understand its historical relevance. It will become a turning point in our history in a hard but wonderful way. Patients will realize how important it is that they become educated surrounding their rights, process and health care laws.
We started on a journey to learn what happened to our son.
The more we learned, the more questions we had. Our questions became more than what happened to our son but about our rights and the systems intended to protect him and us during the illegal activities, as well as in their aftermath.
Each system. Working through them has been nothing short of climbing K2.
Sustaining our mental stamina to move through our country's systems has been equivalent to the physical stamina needed to climb the world's 2nd highest mountain.
In a desire to get justice for our son and educate others, we had to learn the heirachies of systems. We had to learn laws surrounding HIPAA, how to access records and what to do when the records weren't being given. In turn, this meant we had to learn about the types of records which exsisted.
We had to understand what constituted medical malpractice, read and understand the different forms we were asked to sign, search and find insurance fraud schemes, prove forgery and more. We've done it all.
We journied with the press and witnessed their difficulties exposing a billion dollar "enterprise," even after one complaint after another was filed at the state and government level, with proof and evidence to boot.
We've been ignored by Minnesota's Attorney Generals Office, The Minnesota Medical Board, and Minnesota's Health Commissioner.
The Joint Commission, Medicare, Tricare, CMS, FBI, Minnesota's DOJ, Federal DOJ, HHS, OCR, OIG & Anthem. Minnesota's Governor Tim Walz's Office, our Congressman, and even Olmsted County Police Department. We've been in either short or long standing contact with them all, at state and/or federal levels.
Our goal when we opened was to get information on our website and printables for the public. We did this to the best of our ability, an ability which changed greatly as we gathered and sent more and more evidence for state and federal authorities surrounding criminal activity. We missed timelines and accessibility to vital information that had been promised and for that we are sorry. The public has never taken a back seat to us and it never will. The work we've been doing this past year has been "behind the scenes" for our country. It is nowhere near wrapped up but we are recommitting ourselves to our roots.
Our entire website is still under construction. Please be patient with me and my husband as we help our country, maintain our jobs and take care of our miraclulous three children.
Stick with us. You'll come out stronger and more educated on the other side.
The Ghost Surgery Bundle: Includes all 5 Surgical Preparation Items
$0.00
Coming soon for $15! This bundle includes the 5 surgical preparation packets Ghost Surgeries, LLC offers, as well as an informative phamplet to not only teach you about the informed consent process, but to teach you how to ensure the surgeon you hired will indeed be the performing provider or will at least be present during the critical part, in which it will be your responsibliity during the preop, to ensure that means under the attending doctor's direct supervision. After purchasing, check back every few months to redownload your purchase for free for new updates and content. The bundle works like a "Forever Stamp." Once you purchase it for $10, all new content created will be added and you'll be able to download that for free from your original purchase.
Coming soon! It's what our company was founded on- the widely used, but complicated and difficult to prove practice of one surgeon acting as though he/she will be the performing provider, his/or name even listed as the performing provider on the informed consent, when that surgeon you intended would be yours never had any intention of being the performing provider whatsoever. In some cases like our son's, detrimental consequences ensued. The federal "guidelines" surrounding this? Weaker than a hospital cup of coffee. Read this document for a deeper understanding about ghost surgeries, how to prevent it, and what the current laws enable (and don't). You are in charge of who surgically manipulates your body. You can keep this from happening to you. This document will teach you how.

While you may want to believe that hospital’s have our best interest in mind when it comes to continuity of care and allowing access to your records, the reality is that some will indeed not follow their legal obligation to provide the records that are obligated to you by law.
The purpose of this document is to teach you HOW to request your records, what to ask for and then what to look for when you get them. There are some hospitals who rely on patient’s to NOT know what is legally obligated to them in a record set. If you don’t know what to ask or look for, it very likely won’t be given to you.
READY FOR PURCHASE! This 22 page digital download will not only help you to understand the process of an outpatient surgery but will tell you what records should be included if you've requested your full, unabstracted designated medical record set relating to an inpatient surgery. Each item that should be found in that record will also be explained so you know what it means.
Must Knows to Avoid Commication Breakdowns Before, During and After Anesthesia
$1.00
Coming soon! Never in a million years did we think the "#1 Hospital in the USA" would make one anesthesia error after another. In their defense not all the errors were completely their fault but no doubt, they still violated the standard of care and what we believe was most often the cause was miscommunication. If the "#1 Hospital in the Nation" can have such difficulty with continuity of care, documenting, and informing patients of problematic situations, other hospitals are going to have those problems too. This resource shares multiple aspects of anesthesia, the current loose guidelines/laws which leave critical gaps, asking for problems. It will teach you how to be your own best advocate so you really know how your anesthesia went after surgery. After all, how can you answer the famous question every anesthesia asks prior to surgery... "Have you ever had trouble with anesthesia before," if you've never been told.

Contributing to Our Family Owned Business If you'd like to make a purchase before, during or after you've gained new knowledge or used our printable materials, you can do so. We're a family owned business. One who spent hundreds of hours learning what we've learned in hopes of bringing justice to our son. It's important for us to bring knowledge to the public.
That said, maintaining a licensed business, a P.O. Box and a business level website, the cost of stock photos at a commerical level, promoting our Facebook page uselessly (since it's censored), well it all costs money.
Even more priceless is our time spent reading, researching, networking, building this website and creating our products which advocate for the rights of every patient in America. The time we've spent, as well as the toll it has taken on our family and children is nothing short of insurmountable.
We believe we've priced our printable products fairly. These are phamplets and papers for you to print and bring to your pre-operative appointment and read prior to your surgery.
If you'd rather read the information and learn from our website, you can do that too by paying what you believe your new learning was worth or by letting us give that new learning to you as a courtesy. If you choose to use it for free, we only ask you share your new learning with others.
Until the government changes weak guidelines regarding the informed consent, the only way to really protect yourself is by asking the questions you need and understanding the process.
As for the heart of record requesting, there is no amount of government law or intervention that will ever be able to completely stop withholding or fradulently changing records. Your knowledge will be your first line of defense to ensuring your rights to obtain your medical records are withheld.
Sincerest Regards, Todd, Heather, Madilyn, Jack and Charlotte Steiger
